The scalloped hammerhead shark is classified as ‘endangered’ by the IUCN. So what better shark to use for ‘Co-exist’ as this is one species that we stand to lose if we don’t start to find a balance between the marine world and the way humans over exploitation of it.
The scalloped hammerhead is at its most spectacular when in the enormous argregations found in Galapagos and Socorro, so I decided to use a silhouette of their distinctive outlines to try give a powerful image of this fragile species.
